 Julie Willson is no stranger to the tri-county area. Born and raised in Carroll county, Julie has lived in Jo Daviess County since her marriage/partnership in farming started in 1983. Her children attended and completed their high school education in Stephenson County. Julie and her family are members of the First Luthern Church in Mt. Carroll.
